Keepry Privacy Policy

1. Local-first personal data

Keepry is designed as a local-first app. Documents, images, PDFs, notes, tasks, reminders, People profiles, dates, and other records you add to Keepry are primarily stored on your device. AstraLabs PH does not automatically upload the contents of your Keepry Vault to its servers.

Keepry does not require an AstraLabs account or email sign-in for its core features.

2. Information Keepry may process online

Limited technical information may be processed online when needed to operate specific features. This may include:

• a one-way hashed device key used for trial and entitlement management;
• purchase and entitlement information used to verify or restore Keepry Plus;
• payment reference or checkout status for eligible direct purchases outside Google Play;
• advertising, consent, device, network, and diagnostic information processed by Google AdMob when ads are enabled; and
• information you voluntarily send when contacting AstraLabs PH for support.

The contents of your Keepry Vault are not sent to the AstraLabs entitlement backend for advertising or purchase verification.

3. PIN, biometrics, camera, and Smart Capture

Your Keepry PIN is handled locally and is not sent to AstraLabs PH. If biometric unlock is enabled, authentication is performed by your device operating system. AstraLabs PH does not receive your biometric template.

Camera and file access are used only when you choose to capture or select a document. Keepry's current Smart Capture / Smart Extract feature uses on-device rules to suggest information and does not send document contents to a hosted AI extraction service.

4. Purchases and payments

Google Play versions of Keepry use Google Play Billing for Keepry Plus purchases. Google processes payment credentials under its own terms and privacy practices. Keepry may send purchase-verification information to the AstraLabs PH backend and Google Play to confirm or restore entitlement.

Where an eligible direct or non-Google-Play build offers a direct purchase, PayMongo may process the payment. AstraLabs PH does not receive or store your full card number or banking credentials from Google Play or PayMongo.

5. Advertising and third-party services

The Free version of Keepry may display ads through Google AdMob. Trial and Keepry Plus are intended to be ad-free. Where required, advertising consent and privacy choices are handled using Google-supported consent tools.

Keepry may also link to external websites, marketplaces, payment services, or app stores. Third-party services process information according to their own privacy policies and terms.

AstraLabs PH does not sell personal information.

6. Coarse country eligibility

For certain Philippines-only promotional fallbacks, Keepry may use coarse cellular network or SIM country codes on the device to determine whether the feature is eligible to appear. Keepry does not use GPS or precise location for this check.

7. Backups and security

Keepry provides app-lock and other reasonable safeguards for its local-first design. Users are responsible for securing their device, PIN, operating-system account, and any exported backup files.

Backups are created only when you choose to export them. The Keepry PIN is not included in exported backups. Exported backup files are under your control and should be stored in a secure location.

8. How information is used

Information processed by Keepry or AstraLabs PH may be used only as reasonably necessary to operate app features, manage trials and entitlements, verify or restore purchases, provide advertising where applicable, prevent misuse, maintain security and reliability, respond to support requests, and comply with applicable legal, accounting, or platform requirements.

9. Retention and deletion

Local Keepry content remains on your device until you delete it, erase app data, replace it through a restore, or uninstall the app, subject to normal device or operating-system behavior.

Limited server-side entitlement, purchase, payment, or support records may be retained for as long as reasonably necessary for purchase restoration, entitlement integrity, fraud prevention, accounting, legal, security, or app-store requirements.

You may request deletion of eligible server-side information by contacting AstraLabs PH. Some records may need to be retained where required for legitimate legal, accounting, security, transaction, or platform purposes.

10. Children's privacy

Keepry is a personal administration and document-management utility intended for adults and is not directed to children under 13. AstraLabs PH does not knowingly seek to collect personal information from children under 13.

11. Changes to this policy

This policy may be updated when Keepry features, service providers, legal requirements, or data-handling practices change. The current version will remain available on this page.
