If you contact us by email or through a business social channel, we may receive your name, contact information, message, and information you include in your inquiry. We use it to respond, provide support, and follow up on requests. Please do not send passwords, private documents, or sensitive personal information through public comments or unsolicited messages.

When you select an app-store, social-network, or other external link, that third party may process information under its own privacy policy. Campaign links may include referral parameters identifying a campaign or referring channel; those parameters are not intended to contain your name or private document content.
3. LinkedIn business presence and optional API authorization
Our LinkedIn Company Page is used for product news, educational content, and communication with people who choose to engage with it. If a LinkedIn account holder authorizes an AstraLabs PH developer integration, the integration may request only the LinkedIn permissions needed for the stated business publishing function. If and when the integration is enabled, authorization credentials may be used to publish approved posts on the AstraLabs PH Company Page, identify that Page, and check whether publishing succeeded. We do not request permission to publish as unrelated people or organizations. LinkedIn independently processes information according to its own privacy policy.
Current status: Creating or visiting this privacy-policy page does not authorize LinkedIn access or activate automated posting. LinkedIn API access and any relevant account authorization must be separately granted before the integration operates.
4. How we use information
We use information as reasonably necessary to operate this website and business channels, answer messages, provide support, maintain security, publish approved business content where authorized, comply with applicable obligations, and understand campaign performance using information provided by the respective platforms. We do not sell personal information.
5. Sharing and service providers
Information may be processed by website hosting and security providers, email providers, LinkedIn when you interact with LinkedIn or authorize an integration, and other services needed for the specific activity. We may disclose information if required by applicable law. We do not share the contents of Keepry Vaults or Astramate local calculation records through this website or the proposed LinkedIn publisher.
6. Security and access
We use reasonable measures appropriate to the information and service, including access restrictions and encrypted connections where supported. If the LinkedIn publishing integration is activated, its credentials will be restricted to authorized operations and will not be published in public repository files. No website or third-party system can be guaranteed completely secure.
7. Retention, correction, and deletion
We retain support correspondence and necessary technical or business records only for as long as reasonably needed for support, operational, security, accounting, legal, or platform purposes. Information held by LinkedIn or another third party is subject to that provider's own processes. To ask about information held by AstraLabs PH, request correction or deletion where applicable, or ask us to remove an integration's access, email contact@astralabsph.com. You may also revoke third-party app authorization through the relevant account's settings. Some records may need to be retained to meet lawful obligations.
8. Children's privacy
Our business website and LinkedIn publishing integration are not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly seek personal information from children under 13 through these channels.
9. Separate app privacy policies
Use of our apps is covered by their own privacy notices: Astramate Privacy Policy and Keepry Privacy Policy. This website and business-integration policy does not replace or change either app-specific notice.
